Job Details 

Role's and Responsibilities:
1. Configuration of Customers equipment to connect to the Internet via modem/DSL Router (Dialup/DSL customers only).
2. Configure software to connect to Internet application servers.
3. Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in Customer computer systems.

Education: Any Graduate/Under Graduate/Post Graduate/Diploma.


Experience : Preferably Freshers

Expectations:

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work in Rotational shift.
• Willingness to work in a BPO.
• Immediate joining is must.
