Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end recruitment - from sourcing to final onboarding
- Maintaining Recruitment MIS
- Assistant in other HR activities such as - adherence to process, employee engagement etc
- Other operational activities
- Candidate will be on a 1 year contract, which can be renewed basis performance.
- Must have completed full time graduation
- Good communication skills
- Should be adept at Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Should be good at co-ordination and taking follow-ups
- Prior experience in recruitment/sourcing would be an added advantage
