Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment - from sourcing to final onboarding
• Maintaining Recruitment MIS
• Assistant in other HR activities such as - adherence to process, employee engagement etc
• Other operational activities
• Candidate will be on a 1 year contract, which can be renewed basis performance.

Requirements

• Must have completed full time graduation
• Good communication skills
• Should be adept at Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Should be good at co-ordination and taking follow-ups
• Prior experience in recruitment/sourcing would be an added advantage
