Job Details
Sourcing and screening of valid profiles.
Involved in end to end recruitment lifecycle
Must have working in technical recruitment
Detailed analysis of the JD - to understand the requirement thoroughly.
Should have worked in job portals and social networking sites
Negotiate salary and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates; follow up with the candidates till s/he joins the organization
Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting best practices
Exposure to contract staffing
Must adhere to SLAs and close the positions on time
Excellent communication
Must have used any of the Application tracking system
Prepare accurate reports on daily/weekly basis

Desire Profile:

Must have 0.3 to 1 year of experience in END TO END Technical recruitment

Should have good knowledge in sourcing resumes from different Job boards & social networking sites (LinkedIn, Google search)

Bachelors degree/ Masters degree

Availability to work before/after typical office hours as work may demand

Possess strong written and oral English communication skills

Desire to learn and advance in a fast paced sales environment and be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements

Interested Candidates walk in to our facility between Monday to Friday ( 11th to 15th Feb), 12.00pm to 6.00pm for an interview.
