Job Details

 Planning, Forecasting and analysis of Global Supply Management (GSM), GHRSS Expense Base.
 Managing Financial Close process, reporting and analysis of P&L/ Headcount including expense deep-dives, supervision of month close Journal Entries, accruals etc.
 Assisting Monthly Business reviews and results analysis.
 Driving high visibility Projects, engaging key stakeholders, bringing effective solution to ensure successful completion.
 Ensure strong control and governance structure around all reporting processes and focus on process standardization and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

 Good understanding of AXP P&L, LoB and Legal Entity structure.
 Knowledge of AXP Planning & Forecasting process, Financial Reporting and GL Systems like Oracle, TM1 etc.
 Strong focus on Controls and compliance.
 Good communication/ presentation skills – verbal, written & presentation.
 Providing thought leadership in influencing successful business outcomes.
 Proven track record of outstanding focus on customer/ clients.
 Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously.
