Accountability:

 Responsible for providing technical support to internal as well as external customers for Maintenance Software’s (Device Management software) and Wireless Products.

 Pre-Sales support – Wireless demo installations at site.

 Post Sales support – Installation & Commissioning at site.

 Technical Support to Sales & Proposal team to resolve technical queries and work in liaison with Order administrator to ensure technically clean order.

 System and Application Engineering for Process Control System.

Knowledge and Skills

 Degree in Instrumentation.

 1 to 3 years experience in Process Control or Instrumentation environment.

 DCS Hardware Software Engineering.

 Strong written and communication skills in technical environment.
