Job Details

Core development of Asset Arena Compliance Engine
• Able to produce object oriented designs or enhance and re-factor existing designs with a suitable approach
• Translate business requirements into technical design using appropriate methodology
• Produce code artefacts to support the code design with appropriate unit tests and integration tests
• Test the code artefacts after the software integration
• Communicate accurate status updates at agreed intervals, including milestone updates, risks and technical challenges
• Be part of the bug fix cycle for the issues reported on the released product deliveries (1/3 of the time spent in maintenance)
• Dealing with team members that can be off shore 
 
Position Requirements

• Strong experience developing with: C/C++,  Shell script (sh, DOS),  SQL and UNIX
• Proven experience in the following areas: CORBA, Multi-threading models, Java (J2E), Maven/Ant, SOLARIS (CC), Linux(gcc) and Windows(Visual Studio)
• Knowledge of design patterns and OO design
• Familiar with relational database design and SQL language
• Debugging tools: Purify tools, gdb, dbx, Oracle Studio
• Test Driven Development
