Job Details

The IT support Engineer will act as the single point of contact to the users (mainly employees) for all IT related requirements. The responsibilities of the IT support Engineer will be to:

1. Provide first level IT support to the users in USA office.

2. Manage IT helpdesk by providing solution from a remote location or by accessing the user"s desktop

3. Troubleshoot Network related issues.

4. Troubleshoot Login and domain related issues.

5. Troubleshoot Operating System and general Software related issues.

6. Record escalations from employees and notify the IT head on any operational escalations and complaints.

# Any IT specific Graduate/Post Graduate with 0 to 1 Year of Experience.
# Good Communication & Inter-Personal Skills.
