Expedia Recruiting Trainee-Ops and Traffic Analyst(Entry Level), Location: Gurgaon
The objective of the Operations and Traffic Analysis team in India is to extend and mature our capabilities in website monitoring and analytics using tools, detailed events and information available from our global sites. This team will initially cover normal business hours of operation, with an expectation to expand the coverage to 24x7.
Qualifications:
Graduate (Degree not diploma) Engineering,Computers, Maths/Stats
Ecom Exp required: user awareness

Main Duties Involved:
Monitoring of website services
Identification/detection of trends/patterns on Dashboards
Timely communication/escalation to team management of skewed data.
'Test & Learn' and document process

Ability to learn and apply reasoning for problem solving
Demonstrate creative and analytical problem solving skills and has logical reasoning abilities
Ability to demonstrate strong commitment and willingness to learn
Team Player - works well with other team members and values their efforts and contributions
Basic Software development skills ( website, JAVA programming, CSHARP)
Ability to quickly adapt to Monitoring & Reporting tools
Contribute to creating of Runbooks.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
