Manage Stand Alone Shifts during weekdays and weekend shifts ensuring timely completion of e-mails and voice responses

* Sharing of Process Knowledge with the team and enhancing process documents (Procedures, SOP's, Escalation. etc)

* Responsible for Fulfillment and Ticket Follow Up to reduce Customer Complaints

* Work Allocation for e-mail responses

Mandatory : Fluency in English.

Eligibility Criteria:

Regular (BCA/BSC (c/sc) OR BE/B Tech(Any Stream) ) With Minimum 60% Marks

Only 2012 Pass outs are eligible

Candidates with 3 months to 6 months (VOICE/SEMI VOICE BPO)EXP can also apply.

Candidates can directly walk in for the interview process if they meet the eligibility criteria.

No Standing Arrears.

Candidates from Arts background (Eg : BA;B.COM - will not be eligible)

Candidates should be willing to work in night shifts (Cab Facility provided) &

Willing to sign a bond for two years as per corporate norms.
