Job Details

This is a key role within the team with a focus on daily production support of our critical systems. This role requires a candidate with strong production support skills, excellent communication skills and basic programming/debugging skills, with a strong desire to work as part of a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will have to:
•Provide production support for various batch processes and trading applications
•Work closely with the various business IT teams to quickly resolve/escalate issues  
•Enjoy learning and developing infrastructure related solutions
•Play a key role in the continuous enhancement of production monitoring and checkout processes
•Be strong team player, be highly motivated, keen to take on responsibility, be able to work independently and successfully manage and maintain a high workload in a busy environment.

Technical Skills
•Solid Production Support Skills.
•Good Debugging Skills in a programming language like Java, C#, C++  or C
•Good working knowledge of Linux

Interpersonal Skills
•Highly Motivated and capable of working under pressure
•Strong team player & Strong communicator

Business Knowledge
•Knowledge of fixed income products  would be a plus.
