In this position, you will provide telephone support to assist customers and PTC field staff with the installation, use, and customization of Windchill Workgroup Managers and ProductView.
Responsibilities include:
• Research customer issues by working with multiple software packages as well as other PTC departments.
• Develop expert communication skills and a technical understanding for both Windows and UNIX Operating Systems, a variety of CAD and data management products, and internet
technologies.
• Ideal Candidates will possess the following:
• Strong computer skills, experience with CAD, exposure to UNIX and Windows
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or similar field.
• Preferably, candidates will also have some experience and/or exposure to Java
• Knowledge of network security (firewalls, SSL, etc.) is a plus
