We are hiring for our BPO Domain. 

Designation : Process Associate

Domain : Insurance / Finance / Health Care 

Job Description

• Acquiring knowledge of all related areas of the project
• Understanding all the binding laws and regulations relating to project
• Understanding and adhering to quality standards
• Perform day to day case processing and adhere to process SLA (Service Level Agreement) in terms of production, productivity, quality and TAT
• Adhere to process related training manuals.
• Provide inputs to the supervisor on any variations/discrepancies in the existing process training manual
• Update individual production, Query logs and any other process related logs.
• Communicate with Client using verbal and/or written mode.
• Ensure all Soft skills related trainings are completed and qualifying criteria met.
  
  Requisites -
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills mandatory
• Must be flexible to work in Global Shifts
• Good Attitude & Interpersonal skills.
  

Educational Qualification : B.E / B.Tech - 55%, B.Com & BBM - 60% (Should have average 70% in accounts subject) is a must.

Any Other Graduations / Post Graduations - 60% & above.

MBA Graduates are not applicable.

Experience : Freshers

Location : Bangalore
