 Job Details

• Sourcing through job portals, social networking sites and head hunting
• Converting passive candidates into active applicants for Convergys jobs
• Schedule interviews and maintain accurate tracking through Applicant Tracking of the progress of each applicant. 
• Interview prospective employees using a profile interviewing process. 
• Provide input to hiring manager regarding hiring decisions. 
• Generate new employee packets to keep up with demand. 
• Accurate compilation of paperwork once applicant is offered job.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor degree in related field with 0-2 years related experience
• Must have prior experience in a similar job.
• Candidates from recruiting agencies with proven track record would be given preference.
• Should have excellent communication and English speaking skills
• Knowledge of basic computer operations. 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
• Ability to make decisions under pressure.
