Job Details
o Responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting of embedded memory compilers on latest technologies .
o Learn and apply skills in memory compilers having Transistor level circuit Design.
o Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.
o Work is independent and collaborative in nature.
o Provides regular updates to manager on project status.
Frequently networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
Requirements :
o Strong CMOS fundamentals
o Knowledge of CMOS fabrication
o Good digital design knowledge
o Exposure to basic analog fundamentals
o Working tcl/ perl scripting know how
Basic know how of SRAM, ROM circuits
