Role Summary/Purpose:
Handle lost and stolen calls for PLCC/ DC.
Handle Fraud Detection calls for PLCC/DC.
Essential Responsibilities:
Evaluate accounts & Block/Unblock to prevent fraud
Handle Customer queries on inbound calls and evaluate information on fraud/non fraud accounts
Calling out (as and when required) to prevent fraud
Work on potential fraudulent application & approve/decline them basis verification done
Qualifications/Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
Freshers with no experience
Working knowledge of computers
Excellent Verbal and written communication Skills
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
Good analytical abilities Work multiple tasks/Queues/clients Uses initiatives and resources to achieve tasks
