Job Details 

-Establish a learning and development framework to support the talent management and learning development requirements for India
-Lead engagements with business managers via their HR Business partners to develop solutions addressing their organization developmental needs
-Put in place training evaluation and measurements to translate ROI on programs and investments
-Identify internal trainers and external training partners
-Conduct and deliver stand up training
-Collaborate and align with Global and APAC L&D lead to deliver programs for India
