Experience in Performance Management and RF Optimization of CDMA/EVDO/LTE networks
· Fundamental understanding of LTE/CDMA/EVDO Pref: Samsung/ Ericsson/ ALU/ Motorola
· Competent understanding of LTE/CDMA/EVDO optimization parameters definitions and both performance and capacity impacts (active/idle mode) at both BTS and BSC level
· Competent understanding of both idle and active mode call processing and able to design
· Able to make parameter changes to network on appropriate vendor platform
· Competent in capacity/PN planning
· Competent in frequency/PN interference analysis and coordination
Automation of optimization tasks – Programming Skills
· Application development and deployment, Web based development, User interface design and development, Object oriented programming concepts.
· C#, Core Java, J2EE, WEB Language: JavaScript, JSP,Servlets, JDBC, HTML, DHTML, XML, DBMS, MS-Access,
SQL Server
· WEB / Application Tools: Ecllipse, Netbeans, Putty, WinSCP, SQLyog, Toad
· Operating System: Windows, Linux, Unix, Ubuntu)
· Excel Macros; Visual Basic
· Excellent MS Office/Actix skills
Qualifications
MS/M.Tech./BE/B.Tech./BS in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
