Minimum Requirements:

Development experience in building automation tools used in large-scale systems management.

Tools development in Perl, C languages. SQL experience in a MySQL or Oracle environment. Python experience desirable.

Knowledge of Web Service (SOAP/REST), HTML, CSS, Javascript development.

Experience with monitoring technologies (SNMP, Syslog, JMX).

Knowledge of Network Management and Systems Management best practices.

Experience with Server side TCP/IP, Database Connectivity (JDBC, ODBC, etc), Web Services.

Proficiency in systems administration on UNIX-based operating systems (Solaris, RH Linux).

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in a live 24/7 environment possibly in web-hosting and/or on-line services.

Experience in working with large data sets and doing online/offline analysis.
